TCM Anxiety-Tension Constitution Self-Rating Scale

TAS is a TCM constitution and emotion-based self-rating scale for anxiety and tension. It has 10 items with a total score of 0–30.

What this scale measuresThe TAS screens for recent tension, worry, chest tightness, sighing, insomnia with vivid dreams, rib-side fullness, fidgeting, forgetfulness and low spirits from a TCM constitution and emotional perspective. It helps you gauge a "tense-anxious" constitutional tendency and decide whether TCM regulation or emotional support may be worth exploring.
