Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21

DASS-21 is a widely used screening tool for depression, anxiety, and stress symptoms. It contains 21 items; each subscale raw score is multiplied by 2 to obtain a standard score.

What this scale measuresThe DASS-21 evaluates depression, anxiety and stress symptoms from the past week in a single questionnaire and produces three independent subscale scores.
